Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Coverage:
We offer delivery across Pakistan through reliable courier partners.
2. Delivery Time:
- Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours.
- Delivery takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
3. Delivery Charges:
- Shipping is free for the order amount above Rs 3000/-
- For order amount below Rs 3000/- shipping charges will be Rs 200/- per kg.
4. Order Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to track your package.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If there’s any issue, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange:
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, only if the item is:
- Unused and in its original packaging
- Not damaged or opened
- Not in the non-returnable category (see below)
2. Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Undergarments
- Makeup and skincare products
- Grocery items (unless received damaged or wrong)
3. Return Process:
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason.
- After approval, you’ll be asked to send the item back to our address.
- Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the item was wrong or damaged.
4. Refund Policy:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund (if applicable).
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method or bank transfer.
